HIPHOP PULSE TV LLC offers both subscription-based services and project-based (one-time) services. The cancellation terms differ based on the type of service engaged. We encourage all clients to review this policy carefully before purchasing.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@HIPHOPPULSETVLLC.com. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. Cancellations are effective upon written acknowledgment from our team.
Our subscription plans (Basic, Standard, and Premium) operate on a monthly or annual billing cycle.

For one-time project engagements (e.g., music video production, brand packages):
⚠️ Any third-party costs already incurred (platform fees, licensing, ad spend) on your behalf are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.
Email us at info@HIPHOPPULSETVLLC.com with subject: "Service Cancellation Request." Include your full name, account/order number, and the service you wish to cancel.
Our team will acknowledge your cancellation request within 2 business days and confirm the effective cancellation date.
We'll review any outstanding deliverables, payments, or obligations and provide a final statement of account if applicable.
You will receive a formal cancellation confirmation email. Any eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
HIPHOP PULSE TV LLC reserves the right to cancel or suspend services under the following circumstances:
In cases of cancellation by HIPHOP PULSE TV LLC due to policy violations, no refund will be issued. If cancellation is due to force majeure, we will make reasonable efforts to issue a pro-rated refund for undelivered services.
We understand that circumstances change. Before canceling, you may wish to consider pausing your subscription. Monthly subscribers may request a service pause of up to 60 days once per 12-month period. During the pause, billing is suspended and services are not rendered. Please contact us to discuss pause options and eligibility.
Upon cancellation of services:
Clients who have previously canceled may reapply for services at any time. Reinstatement is subject to service availability, current pricing, and a new service agreement. Previous rates and terms are not guaranteed upon reinstatement.
HIPHOP PULSE TV LLC reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Existing clients will be notified of material changes with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
